Victoria Parade Torquay

Proposal for the regeneration of the Victoria Parade Area comprising a mixed-use development of circa 410,000 sq ft. adjacent to public space created along the harbour front.

The development would comprise 235 residential units together with 46,000 sq ft of restaurant/retail within a mix of lower scale pavilion type buildings within the public space, stepped 9-storey blocks of building and culminating in a 30-storey landmark tower.
