Proposal for the development of a new build apartment block comprising 23 apartments set in an exclusive, mature and established neighbourhood in Torquay.

The traditional-style building was designed to fit into the local vernacular whilst the landscaped gardens not only were an added asset to purchasers but helped the building blend into its surroundings.
