Oceanique Plymouth

Planning permission has been granted for a spectacular mixed-use development of circa 500,000 sq ft. The scheme will comprise residential apartments, retail, restaurants, offices and two hotels within three buildings, the North, the South and the Tower.

The 31-storey 330 ft tower consists of 109 apartments with a threestorey restaurant at its base. The eight-storey North building contains retail and a restaurant and over 250 student units. The South building boasts two hotels: a 170-bed 4+ star complete with conference facilities, swimming pool, retail and 140-bed budget hotel.
